Chicken Thin Crust Pizza Recipe,

### Ingredients:
- **For the Pizza Dough:**
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Warm water (as needed)
- **For the Topping:**
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, thinly sliced or shredded
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper (color of choice), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp black olives, sliced
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (like oregano and basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra olive oil, for drizzling
### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Dough:**
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add olive oil and gradually mix in warm water until a soft, kneadable dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
2. **Preheat your Oven:**
- Preheat your oven to the highest setting (450°F or 230°C) with a pizza stone or an inverted baking tray inside.
3. **Prepare the Toppings:**
- While the dough is rising, prepare your toppings so they’re ready to go on the pizza.
4. **Shape the Dough:**
- Once risen, punch down the dough and turn it out onto a floured surface.
- Roll the dough out into a thin circle, about 10-12 inches in diameter. Try to keep it as even as possible for even cooking.
5. **Assemble the Pizza:**
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella over the sauce.
- Arrange the chicken, red onion, bell pepper, and olives evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
