A few dozen undocumented immigrants arrive at a luxurious marina in California before entering a residential area. The incident occurred at Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach. Regrettably, local law enforcement faces limitations due to a California statute that prohibits the arrest of undocumented individuals for entering the country.
