So this guy found a Black Gold in his body.

OMG! no no no , It's not a gold thing its blackhead. He was surprised to see the size of this alien looking thing in his body coming out.
it was so deeply rooted that it took lots of efforts at first.
after using the tool for several minutes he finally decided to take the things in hand. I mean squeeze it by fingers lol.
