The World Health Organization (WHO) are engaging in biowarfare as a way to implement a global coup d'état. The main message here, is do not be afraid of any declarations made by WHO leadership and do not comply with their various diktats.

He appears to have abandoned medical ethics and evidence based practice in favour of something else. This is perhaps because over the past two decades, WHO funding has become increasingly privatised, with their projects now driven by profit and power rather than public health.
