Mashed potato with 1 egg! Super simple and delicious potato and egg recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
200g Leftover mashed potatoes
1 Small egg
Mix well
50g Flour
Mix well
40g Shredded cheese
15g Green onion
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
Mix well
Add some vegetable oil
Add potato batter to the pan
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
After 5 minutes
Flip over and cook for another 3-5 minutes
Done!
Super crispy outside and super soft inside!
You can eat this with sour cream!
Also can add some green onion
