Juries are supposed to be the arbitors of ALL laws.

Only a jury properly seated shall be the arbiter of law. The founders established that the jury was to hear ALL arguments of law, not to be told what the law is by judges/administrators keeping the true facts and arguments from them. To do otherwise is fraud upon the jury by omission, and obstruction of justice.
