Eventbrite loads slow, Refund function glitchy, and broken pages

If you love to run events and serve your customers through Eventbrite, please reconsider.

The Ontario Speed Dating host has personally used eventbrite today and attempted to delete an event.

Despite the event having NO sales, it lists a customer on one event subpage claiming she paid $31.00 but when clicking into the order, it shows she paid $0 for 0 tickets and that it's refunded. then when clicking the "$ refund" button, Eventbrite gives an unexpected error message. These steps alone could confuse some organizers, and may cause some people to run lawsuits against the company.

So event organizers, if you choose to use Eventbrite to accept payments from your ticket holders, you are currently doing so at your own risk (at least until Eventbrite fixes their mistakes).

Good luck if you contact them directly, because word has it that their support team is largely automated (run by robots).
