Kat Espinda Speaks Out Regarding Richland School District Ex Employee Elias Huizar - TRAGIC!!!

The Richland School District did an a beyond inadequate job in the hiring process of not only Elias Huizar, but probably many other men and women who are around our CHILDREN. Ex-wife Amber only 31 a Richland School District teacher at Wiley Elementary was murdered, and 17 year old mother of Elias's son Roman who he took off with after murdering Amber on school grounds in front of witnesses.

They along with our supposed "law enforcement" are not protecting us! Only themselves and this is beyond unacceptable on many levels. People need to realize these people DO NOT WORK FOR US!!!! THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!
