Threats Facing America - The Death of the Fifth Amendment - CSPOA Conference Recap

For the second session highlighting the largest talking points of the CPSOA annual conference, we are joined by South Dakota farmers and patriots - Jared and Michael.
The duo has been a crucial component in the pushback initiative against a CO2 pipeline project set to pass through Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota where it will find its terminus. The pipeline is one of two current projects proposed by Summit Carbon Solutions.
The company, their benefactors, and their cheerleaders in political seats claim this project will be a miraculous step in the fight against climate change. Listen in, as it does not take much to debunk this particular lie. You'll find when it comes to lies, there is no shortage in this story.
The unfortunate truth is that all of this is being funded by our government. And when these private entities act outside the bounds of the Constitution in regards to private property, the local governing authorities and judiciaries not only allow the crimes to continue, but rather act in unwavering support of them.
