She confronts the grandma to ask why the photo was turned around. Grandma thought there was a photo of her and the granddaughter together on the back side along with the granddaughter’s birthdate. When the granddaughter shows her the photo, grandma realizes it is actually a stock photo with the dimensions and 'Made in China' typed on it."
