*DESI GHEE* from butter

Take a block of Unsalted Butter(l took 450gm) and cut
into cubes. Put in a small pot and cook on low heat.Once
the butter is melted and it starts to simmer, a foamy layer
is formed at top, keep stirring
⁃ The foamy layer will thicken, then the butter will begin
to boil. The Foam starts turning into small particles. Keep
cooking and stirring.
⁃ After a few minute the butter will become clear, &
starts turning into GHEE and some particles will start
sticking to the bottom(keep observing) after about 10
minutes, at this point, your perfect HOMEMADE GHEE is
ready.
• Turn off the heat and let it cool for a couple minutes
then strain it into a glass storage container. The ghee wil
become opaque and light yellow as it cools. ENJOY
