Ice cream truck hits 29 children during celebrations in Kyrgyzstan

An ice cream truck hit 29 children in the village of Jerge-Tal, Kyrgyzstan. Eight children were hospitalized, seven of them are in intensive care, including three in serious condition. The driver was not inside the truck at the time of the accident, local media reports.
