Steps:

NOTE: You can start at any of the two locations

1/2 Head to the left island where you will find a Seelie. Follow the Seelie to spawn the Carefree Simulacrum. Collect it then place it to the marked original position.

2/2 Head to the second island (right where Fujin is located). Ride the Gust of Wind until you reach a floating platform. A second platform is in sight, use adeptal energy to pull it. Several platforms will spawn upon stepping the second platform, and some Golden Carp Leap. At the end of the route you will see Carefree Simulacrum. Collect it then place it to its original position at the highest point of the island.
