Woman Shoots Man Who Met Her For 'Hookup'

Latoria Matthews, 23, has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon after being extradited from Houston according to authorities. Matthews is alleged to have shot a man multiple times in a Baton Rouge parking lot after meeting him off of Instagram to have sex. Police said Matthews met the man and drove him to the LaSalle parking garage on LaFayette Street and as he was preparing to have sex she shot him multiple times.
