・200 ml of hot water (boiling water)

Ingredients kebab:
Preparing the marinade
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of dried herbs (optional)
500 g chicken (fillet and other parts), sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
Prepare additional marinade (for sprinkling on the kebab)
