How to change fuel pump Kubota KX 121-3

I was having a fuel problem with my excavator so I thought it would be the fuel pump so I changed it. I figured it was weak because it would start but as soon as I went to use it, it would bog down. This did NOT fix the problem. I ended up taking fuel lines off, one by one, until I found a piece of plastic stuck in the 90 degree corner of one. Runs like a champ now!
