Minced Meat Nests with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

500g minced meat
1 onion.
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
300g fresh champignons (or canned).
2 tbsp. sour cream or mayonnaise
100g hard cheese
1-2 tomatoes
Salt, pepper to taste.

Method:

1. Chop mushrooms finely and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Season with salt and add sour cream.
2. Combine the ground meat with finely chopped onion (or shredded in a blender), pressed garlic, egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything until homogeneous, then form a flat patty with a recess in the middle (like a nest).
3. Put the mushroom stuffing in each nest, add tomato greased with sour cream/mayonnaise and grated cheese on top (or sprinkle with cheese 10 minutes before the end).
4. Place the nests in a baking mold lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
