This Parkour Sphynx Cat Is So Energetic

Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. These days parkour is really popular among young people as a fun and extreme sport! And maybe among some animals also, like this cat who loves parkour while she plays with her ball!

This unique sphynx cat is Nefa. She is getting into parkour and tries to do all possible kinds of jumps. They love to stalk, chase, and hunt things and apparently do parkour also.

Cat playtime usually involves dangling something in front of them, like a string or something shiny, and watching them chase it around, in hopes of catching their prey but this cat knows how to entertain herself. Wow! This cat has a lot of energy!
