Amb. Romualdez confirms F-16s for the Philippines from the US will be in exchange for EDCA, VFA

Ambassador Jose Romualdez recently confirmed that the F-16 Fighting Falcon Aircraft and other Military Equipment that the United States (US) will provide to the Philippines will have “Strings Attached” to them. If so, then as I mentioned before, we should be getting a Package no less than what the Argentinians got for their F-16s.
