Tesla has unveiled a new software update for the Cybertruck, bringing exciting off-roading features and more.

The update includes Off-Road Mode, Overland Mode, and Baja Mode, each designed for different terrains.

Additionally, locking differentials have been added for better off-roading capability,

and the Cyberbeast version is getting a front locking differential.

The update also introduces Trail Assist, which functions like cruise control for off-roading,

and a new "slippery surface" feature for better traction control on icy or slick roads.

Tesla is also improving ride and handling with a more accurate payload estimation and automatic damping adjustment.

One of the most anticipated features is the "CyberTent Mode," which levels the suspension to keep the surface flat for the CyberTent and keeps the tonneau cover open to accommodate the tent.

Lights, AC, and outlets will stay on as well if enabled.

Tesla has not provided a specific release date for the update, but it is expected to be available "soon."
