3 medium potatoes
Salted water (for cooking)
1 medium courgette
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
2 medium eggs
Nutmeg
Grated Parmesan 50g
2 large spoonfuls of flour (or potato starch)
Courgette flowers
Mozzarella fior di latte (or provola)

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
