Why Use a Swiss Ball in our workouts?
Good question . . . it is fantastic to assist with activating the core, enhancing the speed of our reflexes and improving balance.
Standing on a Swiss Ball is a little party trick I do from time to time. Keeps me sharp and has some functional carryover to my sport of choice (basketball).
If this is a goal of yours, I would HIGHLY recommend working with a CHEK Institute trained professional as I did and have since completed the appropriate formalised training.
