2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
1 large red pepper
1 large yellow pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1-2 hot peppers
700 g white cabbage
1 tsp toasted cumin seeds
1 tsp roasted coriander seeds
Continue frying for about 5 minutes
1 tsp chili flakes (or to taste)
Salt
Black pepper
800 ml chopped tomatoes in tomato juice
Parsley
6-7 eggs
Enough for 6 servings or several days!

1 medium onion
1 carrot
700-800 g white cabbage
