I cook meat like this once and change the sides throughout the week! For every day and for banquets
This pork recipe is a godsend for the housewife, as it allows you to prepare a whole tray of meat that will last for 5-6 days. All that remains is to change the side dishes and the family will be full and you won't have to stand at the stove every evening. The long marinating makes the meat soft. My family really likes this recipe. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
2 kg pork neck
Cut pieces of about 4x5 cm
100 ml soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
6-7 cloves of garlic
Sauce:
400 ml tomato puree
1-2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
approx. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
½ tsp basil
1 tsp ground coriander
1/3 tsp chili powder
3-4 cloves of garlic
30g coriander
15g dill
½ onion
Potatoes:
5 large potatoes
150g pork bacon
Salt
5-8 cloves of garlic
Black pepper
