Song #1 is called 2 A. M. It’s about a girl who ghosted him while he was in Basic Training. He was hanging with a friend strumming on the guitar and this song was born out of emotional distress.
The next song he shared was So Much More. This song is about a girl, too. He decided to incorporate more of a bluegrass feel to this song. He wrote it right after arriving on Fort Bragg.
Third song shared by Cody is Make Me Nothing. This song is about looking back on things you’ve done in your past that you think you can’t fix. There are so many avenues to go to get past what you’re going through.
