Low carb chicken quesadilla

Todays lunch was kept really simple so that all the flavors could be enjoyed without worrying about eating to many carbohydrates. I cut up some of the chicken shawarma, added shredded mozzarella and some pieces of fresh mozzarella. To top the low carb mission flour tortilla I didn’t forget the cilantro and a few teaspoons of guacamole.

The macro’s where beautiful at 482 calories • 64 grams of protein • 8 grams of carbohydrates • and 19 grams of fat. The meal was the perfect amount leaving me full but not feeling stuffed. Well until next time, I hope your eating well and always Dare to cook Delicious.
