Wide-Eyed Man Steals Ambulance from Paramedics and Flees Before Abandoning It

What's going on here?! A wide-eyed man was captured on video stealing an ambulance while medics were responding to a recovery/addiction call on Monday in Huntington, WV. The man, Anthony Bell, was later arrested and brought to jail on Tuesday.
