In this video we talk about critical race theory in school where we explain things like 'white feeling', DEI training in the workplace and DEI training in schools as well as why DEI training doesn't work.Paul Rossi is a NYC teacher, who says' We’re damaging kids with ‘Critical Race Theory’. Is “critical race theory” a way of understanding how American racism has shaped public policy, or a divisive discourse that pits people of color against white people? Paul Rossi resigned from Grace Church school after voicing his concern about about wokeness in schools, i.e telling white children they are damned for being white. To what extent, if at all, are critical race theory (CRT) and gender ideology being taught or promoted in America’s schools? With little data available, and no agreement about what constitutes the teaching of critical social justice (CSJ) ideas, the answer up to now has remained open to political interpretation.So we debate critical race theory, diversity, equity and inclusion trainings, wokeness in education and Paul Rossi being pulled from his classes at Grace Church School after criticizing the school's anti-racism policies, even though George Davison acknowledged that white kids are being demonized in a taped telephone conversation. Paul Rossi said Grace Church School was indoctrinating kids.
