Ruth-Ann is a true native tribal member of the Rincon Band of Payómkawichum/Luiseño Indians. Ruth-Ann brings a voice to the Native American culture and in-turn the San Diego Business community and brings a voice to Native American Tribes across the US. She is a certified WMBE. 100-million Native Americans lived on this continent at one point in history. She is trying to carry on that message through all her work endeavors to the Native-American culture is not forgotten and continues to be honored and celebrated.
