Deborah Tavares exposed this almost 15 years ago. It is however a real NASA document. It is worth the read and this is a good video about it. It is hardly new. Everyone on is freaking out because it is 2024 and this is supposed to be done by 2025. Download and read the document and you will get a better idea of what is going on.
