Should you varnish acrylic paintings on canvas or canvas board? Can you varnish paintings on paper? Can you paint over a varnished painting? How do you wash the brush after varnishing? Should you scan or photograph the painting before or after varnishing?

I'll try to help you with those questions. I'll show you how I varnish my acrylic paintings, go through my supplies and technique and tell you why I varnish some paintings and not others.
