Having Health Insurance Is Critically Important For A Cancer Journey

Everyone's personal situation is different, which includes finances and insurance. A person does not want to go through cancer treatments without health insurance, because of the exorbitant cost of cancer treatments.
This is the situation that Shawn Gibson had to deal with. He and his wife were abroad in Africa, when he returned and found out that he had stage 4 colon cancer. In fact, Shawn endured alot of pain in the year that he didn't have any treatments (due to not having health insurance).
