This is part 1 of 6 in the video sequence on how to remove your involuntary behavior. This video sequence contains all mental health care procedures that enable you to remove your involuntary behavior, not caused by physical brain injuries, such as behavior classified as mental disorders, addictions, and phobias, and to make your life more fun.

Examples of mental disorders are anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia. Examples of addictions are substance use, alcohol, gambling, buying, and sugar addictions. Examples of phobias are social phobia, agoraphobia, acrophobia, aerophobia, and mysophobia. Many involuntary behaviors may not match classifications.
