How to cook pork to surprise everyone! I learned the recipe in the restaurant
If you're tired of fried pork, try this pork loin and puff pastry recipe! "God, that's delicious," says everyone who tastes this type of meat. Ingredients and preparation:
700-800 g pork loin
Salt
frying oil
1 tsp ghee butter
200g mushrooms
Black pepper
2-3 tsp Dijon mustard
1 onion
150g spinach
3 cloves of garlic
70-100 g hard cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Prosciutto (8 slices)
350g puff pastry
1 egg yolk
Bake in the lower third of the oven at 190C, top/bottom heat
Bake until the internal temperature of the meat is 145°F, about 50 minutes
Cover with foil if the dough starts to brown too much
