2023 10 27 - Memorial for Kammie the kitten

2023 10 27 - I just don't want this video lost. Kammie, one of the feral kittens that slept in my garage. I was actually acclimating her slowly inside with the other cats but had put her outside while I went to an appointment. This girl was a joy. I had spent all morning with her sleeping in my bed with me while I took a nap (she was cuddly and I kept the door closed so the other cats wouldn't stress her) and 30 mins after I left, she went outside and never came back. I assume it was either a coyote or hawk that got her. Front camera shows her run off and disappear into nothing closer to the woods due to low quality... or an angel took her. Really broke my heart. I spent the whole week walking miles up and down the road calling her praying I'd find her. Still heart broken. Her mom, Chloe, still stays with us in the garage.
