WA Police Officer Ben Falconer's appeal to the WA Police workplace mandate has been decisively rejected by Justices Buss, Vaughan, & Hall of the Western Australia Court of Appeal. Falconer's appeal was unanimously dismissed.

No costs were awarded against Falconer.

Now the question remains: Will Falconer, currently on full pay but stood down, return to active duty? Or will the WA Police Commissioner initiate Section 33L Police Act 1892 proceedings, signaling a loss of confidence before removal action?
