The United States helped come up with a cover story that would send people on a wild goose chase searching for MH370 in the South Indian Ocean. This narrative was first floated on March 13th-14th, 2014 by unnamed U.S. sources

Why would the United States be dictating the search area?

The analysis conducted by the United States and Malaysian governments may have narrowed the search area for the jetliner that vanished en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, leaving little trace of where it went or why.

"It's my understanding that based on some new information that's not necessarily conclusive - but new information - an additional search area may be opened in the Indian Ocean," White House spokesman Jay Carney said yesterday, without disclosing the nature of the "information".

It is no coincidence that Boeing and Rolls Royce didn't publicly comment or release engine data. They are implicated in the cover up.

The United States sent the world to a remote part of the Ocean because it would give plausible deniability on why we never find anything even 10 years later. "The Ocean is really big."

They would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for two perfectly in sync military videos leaked to the internet that tell the real story.
