We have prepared for you a fantastic recipe for healthy candies that will not harm your health. They are very simple and easy to prepare and their taste is simply amazing!
Ingredients and recipe:
- Oat flakes 100 grams
- Walnuts 100 grams
- Cocoa 1 tablespoon
- Dates 150 grams
- Honey 80 ml
- dark chocolate 150 grams
- Sunflower oil 2 tablespoons
Grind oatmeal and nuts with a blender and add cocoa.
Cut the dates into small pieces and add them to the oat flakes, add honey and mix well until a smooth mixture is formed.
Form the candy into a puck shape.
Melt chocolate in a steamer and add sunflower oil.
We dip the shaped candies in chocolate and put them in the fridge until they harden!
Everything is simple and quick.
