FORGIVENESS IS NOT OPTIONAL. WE MUST FORGIVE ALL
To forgive one another is a commandment of God.

When we fail to forgive, we bring the condemnation down on our own heads. For example, Marc is an acquaintance whom I have forgiven but he has no room for forgiveness in his heart. He has hardened his hard amid his false pride and misguided sense of overall superiority. His pride and conceit are the triggers, and failure to forgive is the bullet.
