Our guest today is Dr. Leslie Dobson. Dr. Leslie is a clinical and forensic psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in jails and hospitals with numerous violent offenders and sexual predators. Not only is she a psychologist, but she is also a speaker and an author. Her new book was released this past January, “The Friend Cleanse: How to Identify Energy Vampires, Set Boundaries and Balance Your Glass of Life”, and it’s all about identifying how people are adding or taking away value in your life, and setting boundaries accordingly.
