Part 5 of a multi-part series of carbon fiber interior piece installations into my 6th Gen 2021 Chevy Camaro ZL1!

In this fifth video I install a very nice "Carbon Fiber Gear Shifter Trim Cover" piece for the a10 automatic transmission by Next-Gen Speed. This is a very nice looking piece of carbon fiber and quite thin so it doesn't really add any bulk to the shifter trim surround. Only small issue I ran into was the back piece not sticking down super flush (below the parking brake button) and I would recommend adding some additional 3m adhesive to that area before installing!

*** UPDATE: I pulled this carbon fiber shifter trim piece off of my car, added some additional 3m adhesive (mostly down around the parking brake button) and re-installed and it sits perfectly flush, nice and tight, and looks even better!
