Singleton Dump "Waste Management Facility"

Short video aerial footage of Singleton's waste management facility. There's concern about the leaching of toxic waste (especially PFAS) downhill into the Hunter River via groundwater, and farmers downstream from the dump then pump water out of the Hunter river to irrigate their crops and hydrate their livestock with it. The people then consume these "forever chemical" poisons in an endless cycle of self-contamination.
Council recently bought (secretly) two properties next to the dump, claiming it would increase its longevity by another twenty years. In reality, the neighbours had been complaining to council about toxins in their dam-water, and council had been sending sucker-trucks to pump-out their toxic dams, until finally the council decided just to buy the properties in question.
