紐約皇后區百態紛呈,各式風味美食滿足不同口味。最近在Bayside熱鬧的Bell Blvd上,一間全新的季北川花膠雞湯米粉店開張營業,立刻引來不少食客慕名而來品嚐。
這間連鎖餐廳來自中國浙江,自2019年創立以來已在美國及加拿大陸續開設多家分店。Bayside店內裝潢明亮寬敞,環境優雅舒適,讓人用餐賞心悅目。新店開幕加上服務員親切有禮,無疑為顧客留下良好第一印象。
餐牌主打湯米粉和乾拌粉,極力推薦試試全家福乾拌粉和番茄肥牛湯米線。前者雖標示有辣味但實際上並不會太過火辣,反而是微辣入口清爽可口;後者則是以濃郁雞湯為湯底,美味無比。
特別值得一提的是,雖然湯面上初見油花或許令人疑慮,但當中只是採用真材實料熬製的純雞湯,口感並非油膩,反而飽含雞香撲鼻而來。酥炸雞翅則是不錯的開胃前菜選擇。
總括而言,季北川的花膠雞湯米粉店為Bayside餐飲界注入了中國特色美食新風味,定能為當地帶來正面的美食體驗。
