Is the Grassroots Appropriately Represented in the Hawaii Republican Party?

Nolan Chang, running for the Hawaii Republican Party National Committeeman seat, tells Steve Bannon that the GOP grassroots in his state needs to build up its membership. "We have had some problems in our past, but we are pulling everything together, but there is a lot of work left to do," Chang said. "At that grassroots level, we still need big improvement in that area, and I am working as hard as I can to do that."
