YouTube Stats: Subscribers, Views & Likes for You

People always ask me about subscribers to my channel, and while I love having lots of you folks hit that subscribe button for me, ultimately subscribers is a meaningless number in the YouTube world. It does essentially nothing. But it is what everyone focuses on because it is highly visible. So what really matters and what do we see when we are behind the curtain?
