INGREDIENTS:
500 gms boneless chicken strips
4tbsp oil
3 garlic cloves crushed
1/4th tsp baking soda
4 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 n half tsp black pepper
3-4 button red chillies(gol lal mirch)
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium capsicum sliced
6-8 Green chillies sliced(add less if you want less spicy)
1 small carrot sliced(optional)
1 chicken cube
Cornflour slurry(2 tbsp cornflour, mixed in 1 cup water)
Extra 1-2 cups water with 1 tbsp cornflour(if you want to
make more gravy)
METHOD:
In apan add oil,saute garlic, then add chicken, sprinkle
baking soda and cook till it starts changing color. Then
add soy sauce and salt, pepper, button chillies, cook at
high flame for 3 minutes. Now add all the veggies
along with green chillies and cook for 5-6 mins, then add
chicken cube, and add cornflour slurry
⁃ Cook for another 6 minutes till chicken is done and
veggies are cooked. THATSS about it. Ilts ready, serve it
with some Chinese rice or boiled rice *
= You can add around 1-2 cups of water to turn this into
a gravy form and Enjoy
