InSane Classic cars 1970 Mustang Boss 429 V8 Big block muscle car

This 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 429 came brand new with the famous Ford Boss 429 V8 engine. It is on loan from Wellborn Musclecar Museum, in Alexander City, AL so if you want to see it without going as far as Alabama hurry down to Savoy Auto museum here in Georgia before it returns to Alabama.
Only 500 of these beasts were made and that probably wouldn't have happened without the NASCAR rule requirements. This is an impressive unrestored survivor has only 7,800 miles. Just look at her shine.
Now if you think that looks like a Hemi under the hood, Your on to something. This power plant features Hemispherical combustion chambers, canted valves, and four-bolt mains hugging a forged steel crank. A high-performance solid lifter camshaft and huge aluminum high-flow heads allowed this monster to breathe fire into the dual exhaust. Top that off with a 10.5:1 compression ratio and you can see why a lot of people claim the horsepower rating of 375 and even the Torque rating of a whopping 450 lb-ft were still probably underreported.
