George Simion: Making Romania Great Again

In this interview with The New American, George Simion, the President of the Alliance for the Unity of Romanians (AUR) and Member of the Romanian Parliament, talks about the upcoming elections in Romania and in Europe. He describes how the Romanian political establishment is trying to circumvent the democratic process by altering the election calendar to prevent true conservative candidates from being elected. Mr. Simion also talks about the political platform of his party, AUR, and its political campaign aimed at inspiring Romanian patriotism.
