How to quickly cook a delicious beef meal without having to buy very expensive meat cuts. I take the least expensive cut of beef at the grocery store and use this recipe to cook a great one pan dish in 15-20 minutes. From a small piece of meat you get a whole pan of delicious meat with vegetables in a wonderful sauce. Cook with love! Cook for joy!
Ingredients

500 grams of beef
Remove the silver skin, it's very tough
Find the direction of the fibers
Cut the meat against the fibers
You can cut the meat into even thinner strips
This is one of the toughest parts of the beef
To tenderize it, use 1 teaspoon of soda
Room temperature water to cover the meat
Leave for 15-20 minutes
1 ½ tablespoons ginger
Rinse the beef well under water and drain the water

½ teaspoon chicken seasoning (or other)
½ tablespoon ginger
1 clove of garlic
¾ tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil (or other vegetable oil)
Mix well
Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes

2 red onions
1 carrot
Heat a pan on high flame
Add some oil for frying
Cook the beef in 2-3 batches to avoid overcrowding the pan
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is brown
Remove from the pan and sear the next batch of meat
2 cloves of garlic
Some hot pepper
Put some oil in a clean pan for frying
Add garlic, hot pepper and 1 tablespoon ginger
Fry for about 1 minute
Add 1 carrot
Fry on high heat for 2-4 minutes
Add onions and peppers
½ teaspoon chicken seasoning
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
60ml of water
Put the meat back in the pan
Pour in the sauce and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens
Green Onions
A little sesame oil (optional)
