Jan Egeland is the General Secretary of the Norwegian Refugee Council. He's just returned from Gaza, accusing Israel of committing war crimes there.

He speaks to Andrew Marr about an independent report finding 'no proof' behind Israel's claims that UNWRA were terrorists - which led to mass withdrawal of funding for the aid group. He also tells Andrew what he knows of reports of 'mass graves' being discovered near hospitals in Gaza.
